Feel the Difference After Just 30 Days!

Sarah says she's not the one who changes your life but you are! But if it wasn't for Sarah's down to earth, real personality and education I wouldn't have been able to change my life.

I started the challenge thinking I'd learn to moderate but quickly realised it's not possible for me. Sarah has provided real life experience and stories which are so relatable and made me feel like I'm not alone. I never thought I'd make 30 days AF but now I'm thinking long term.

I've never felt so amazing and strong. Sleeping so much better, my skin and eyes are glowing and after a recent drs appointment my kidney and liver levels are nearly back to normal! I now have so much more energy to spend more quality time with my daughter and making memories instead of being dismissive towards her so I could have a drink. I can't thank Sarah enough and the amazing sober sisterhood for all the ongoing support.

- Fiona, Sydney, April 2023 Challenge Participant

Why Join The AF Challenge?

“Sarah's inspiration & support has been like a Mum putting her arms around me after winning at something. I've cried (mostly happy tears) due to her encouragement to ditch the wine and feel the feelings and to find what lights me up! I've a way to go yet, but the tools Sarah has provided are changing my life!! Im learning to validate myself and believe that I AM enough!”

- Lynda, Northern Ireland, April 2023 Challenge Participant

“If you're thinking shall I, shan't I... can I even manage this... do I even want to; do yourself a huge favour and just do it. Sarah makes it all so OK and so normal and so within your reach and she's like one of your friends if you fall - she, and the group, pick you up. Honestly, life is too short not to give yourself what you deserve. Do it, girl... go on!.”

- Tracey, United Kingdom, April 2023 Challenge Participant

“My family and friends have been concerned for my health and well being with how alcohol gripped my life and stole ME, the true essence of who I am. 30 days later I am genuinely happy! More relaxed and can negotiate the highs and lows from a centered sense of rationality. I love not panicking about running out of wine, how I'm going to get home from a night out, and waking up minus all the anxiety, guilt, shame, and physical effects of booze. Thank you Sarah for holding this safe space to learn, heal and grow. I'm looking forward to starting Rediscovering Me.”

- Simone, Australia, April 2023 Challenge Participant

“For me, this AF Challenge was a game changer. I had tried on my own all the different ways to stop drinking. Nothing stuck. This challenge did. Sarah is incredibly effective at communicating lots of critical information in a very supportive way. The group was essential to success. So many women from all over the world with one goal in mind - to stop drinking for 30 days. So many of us now have completely changed our relationship with alcohol and are committed to leaving it behind. We have the tools now to do just that. Hallelujah!”

- Cassandra, Victoria, January 2023 Challenge Participant

“The 30 Days spent on Sarah’s Alcohol Free Challenge were the most life changing thing I’ve ever experienced - no exaggeration. Gaining sobriety is the best gift I can ever give myself and Sarah’s expert guidance and coaching has given me a solid foundation to build on. Anyone sober curious should take this Challenge. Thank you Sarah.”

- Gail, Adelaide, January 2023 Challenge Participant

“Sarah has brought to life an incredible experience that I believe most women wouldn't have been expecting. There is so much information in the challenge that I have changed other areas of my life too. As a health professional I have learnt so much and can't help passing it on to others too. Sarah's passion is infectious and I can't recommend her highly enough. Eternally grateful.”

- Stephanie, NSW, January 2023 Challenge Participant

“Sarah's Alcohol Free Challenge went far beyond what I expected. I've tried sobriety before. I've read the books, I've gone to AA. But Sarah's approach was different. She provides scientific information based on how alcohol specifically affects women, paired with love and kindness, and adds in a group of other ladies to share the journey with. Instead of feeling like I was losing something by quitting alcohol, Sarah helped me realize that I would gain so much. Health, self-esteem, joy, sleep...the list goes on. I feel like my life is beginning again. Thank you Sarah!!!”

- Sarah, Texas, USA, January 2023 Challenge Participant

This Challenge is for you if…

✔️ You're sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and would like to give yourself a break from alcohol.

✔️ You want to change your MINDSET and HABITS around alcohol so you aren't relying on it as such a crutch in your everyday life.

✔️ You're concerned that your drinking habits have been creeping up. While you don't consider yourself an 'alcoholic' you do feel uncomfortable about the role alcohol plays in your life.

✔️ Previous attempts to take a break from alcohol have been hard due to peer pressure, not having the accountability or not having the connection with others on the same path (because I know how lonely it is when it feels like everyone around you is still drinking).

✔️ You want support to help build a toolkit of some other coping mechanisms (outside of the nightly wine) to help when you feel stressed, tired or need to just 'take the edge off'.

✔️ You've tried to take a break in the past but all good intentions slip aside when 5pm hits and the wine witch comes calling. Or you successfully take a month off but then head straight back into the same drinking patterns as if it never happened.

If you answer yes to any of these questions, this 30-day challenge is perfect for you.

Whether you plan to take a month off (or longer), doing it with the help and support of a trained and Accredited Grey Area Drinking Coach will provide you with all the resources, support and connection you need for success. And the best part? You do it all in the company of an intimate and supportive group of women on the same path.

“The challenge provided a judge-free and compassionate setting that increased my curiosity regarding alcohol. Sarah provided statistical facts explaining the affects of alcohol on the body, brain and overall wellness. You can write something to the group on Facebook and Sarah will always read it. She will even respond, and there were over 600 of us. Her passion and knowledge are expressed throughout this Challenge. Sarah is a fantastic person who cares for each person, and wants them to succeed.

- Staci, Connecticut USA, January 2023 Challenge Participant

“I learned so much during this challenge. It was insightful, informative, non judgemental and supportive, with support both from sarah and the group. I feel quite different now-more positive and enthusiastic for making the most of the future.”

- Claire, England, January 2023 Challenge Participant

“This challenge has been life changing for me. Sarah's support throughout the challenge has been amazing. For someone who has been trying to moderate their alcohol for 4 years, I thought there was something wrong with me. That it was my fault. Now I know after doing Sarah's challenge that it is not my fault that I become addicted to a highly, very accessible legal drug. It is however my choice what I do now with that information. I am now 38 days alcohol free and I am the happiest I have been in years. Thank you Sarah!!❤️”

- Tehlia, QLD, January 2023 Challenge Participant

“Sarah’s alcohol free challenge has been life changing for me! All of the information I have been given has helped me completely change my relationship with alcohol. Being part of a group of so many women in the same situation as me has made me feel less alone and be part of a group. Sarah is amazing and I love everything she does in her business!”

James McIlwain

James had a horrible relationship with alcohol from the age of eight when he first got drunk drinking champagne at a wedding. From that point on, he liked it.

Fast forward to 28 years old, his drinking became unbearably bad when he was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 and chronic PTSD. In the end James was drinking 230 – 270 (min) standard drinks a week, at least half an ounce of weed a week and other drugs.

When he stopped on 23 September 2019, he was mentally dead. He experienced an ‘out of body’ sensation and was admitted to the hospital to be detoxed. James will be 4 years sober in September and feels that you should not stay in “recovery” forever or count days for the rest of your life as that holds you back and keeps you attached to the thing that once was and that you will achieve freedom from!

In 2009 Sharon suffered her first (of what would become many) panic attacks which came out of the blue and were terrifying. These resulted in her presenting to ED more than once. Desperate to “get rid of them,” this became the catalyst for her journey into somatic therapies and her own healing.

In 2016 she went on to study Breathwork for over two years and now incorporates her personal coaching with the deeply integrated tool of breathwork.

Jodi was a grey area drinker with no off switch to alcohol. After being sober curious for around 2 years, in August 2022 Jodi set herself a 100 day challenge to initially lose the weight that drinking in excess during covid and not treating herself as a priority had left her with. In a bid to keep her focused on the sobriety challenge she discovered a whole world of soul destroying secrets that big marketing have been keeping from us through various podcasts & audio books & vowed at just 30 days sober, to never drink alcohol again. Jodi is now committed to empowering others to embrace the holistic benefits of alcohol free living.

Watch Sarah’s latest interview with Channel 10!

“If you’re beginning to think about your drinking habits being problematic - even in the slightest, you NEED to do this challenge.

If you’re beginning to think that the drink/moderate/not drinking/drinking again/trying to moderate cycle is absolutely not serving you, you NEED to do this challenge.

If those wine bottles seem to add up rather quickly as you pop your bins out to be collected each week, you NEED to do this challenge.

If you seem to make ‘reasons’ or ‘excuses’ as to why you’re at the pub again, ordering your 4th glass of wine without realising, you NEED to do this challenge.

If you’re like me - a high functioning, career-driven, family orientated mum who needs to create a whole lot more clarity in their lives, you NEED to do this challenge.

I’m absolutely the best evidence of someone who came across Sarah’s website without even looking - and as fate would have it, it’s exactly what I needed to do.

I didn’t think that my drinking was what it had become - I was stressed, feeling defeated and knew there was a much better life out there for me.

Sarah is without doubt, the best person who offers this form of coaching. I have woken up each day excited about what I was about to learn from her and the guidance she has provided is truly life changing. The podcasts, interviews and live chats are so well presented and I can guarantee that they will connect with everyone’s story and life contexts - no matter your situation.

If you have just the slightest ‘inkling’ that your beliefs and behaviours around alcohol may need some challenging, and possibly changing, the AF challenge is what you need.

Thank you SO much Sarah. I’m definitely joining up again for the next AF challenge. I can’t wait!”

- Ellie, NSW

As Seen On

“Joining this challenge was the best thing I have ever done for myself - and for my family. Sarah and her forums, guest speakers, references to resources and participants all came together and supported one another in such an amazing way. It was totally unexpected but also totally necessary once you start to understand the layers of grey area drinking and just what alcohol does to the body on so many levels. I look forward to continuing the sober journey within the support network that Sarah has pulled together. Thank you Sarah!!”

- Julie, Gold Coast, July Challenge Participant

“ The challenge came at a perfect time for me. I knew I needed more knowledge, tips and tools to help me along the way. Determination doesn't last forever and I wanted to be prepared. This course delivers everything I could have hoped for and more. Daily talks, videos & zoom meetings made me feel like, I was part of a new community. And if I missed one, I could catch up when I could. The knowledge I have now, I will have with me always. The fact that Sarah, reads & comments on everyone’s posts, giving support & advice, shows how committed she is. I would normally, just read but never comment in a Facebook group, but I felt so at ease, with the group, that I felt comfortable enough to participate. 100% recommend.”

- Lynn, Scotland, July Challenge Participant

“A life changer for me as not only have I walked away from wine but it has started a rollercoaster of learnings and self improvements for me. I wish I had found Sarah earlier. The support of the group and Sarah herself with her daily communications, talks, interviews etc. was SO much more than I could have hoped for. I have learned so much about myself. If you are on the fence - don't hesitate - just do it. Thanks Sarah - see you again at Rediscovering Me x”

- Karen, Melbourne, July Challenge Participant

“When I joined Sarah’s Alcohol Free Challenge, I was already on the path to being alcohol free so wasn’t sure if there was much to benefit from the challenge. The opposite was true. It has strengthened my resolve and commitment to stay on the sober journey. The information and motivation provided by Sarah and h the guest speakers was fantastic. More so, the connection, support and sense of community with a beautiful group of women, who are also making difficult changes, was invaluable.”
